BOTR and company with strong networksecurity rules

Hi,

I'm using BOTR to publish some greetings video. It appears some company who using network security rules with proxy or firewall can't access to the video. (pic attached)

They have to autorize a.jwpcdn.com & video.joomlarulez.com to see the video ... but we can ask to do that to all recipients.

I'm using JW Player modue Advanced, is there some settring I can do to make it more easy to read for thoses company ?

The botr player have to be connected to botr server.

The only solution if you don't want any connection is to used the version 5 and store you content on your server.

How can I remove the JWplayer logo watermark ? I can't check my subscrition expires, dates are on 01 Jan 1970

2 - You need to use 5 if you can't be connect to internet.

Your license is in version 6, if you want to use the 5 in unbranded mode, I will send you by email the unbranded player (it can't be download form longtail video as it's deprecated)

Yes please send me the V5.

As you told me I store the video in our server instead Botr. If I use this method with the V5 player, have you any idea what are the streaming performance I can except ? I mean what's happened if more than 1 visitor try to see the video in the same time ? I assume I may need to upgrade my hosting plan to a virtual or dedicate server.

If your website have a low affluence with not a lot of videos, a classic host can do the job, if you have a doubt you have to check what is the bandwidth performance of your server, this to know if it fit with your needs

--> you have too know how many max viewers you will have at once, how many time in average the video is, what is the size compression of your videos, how many videos you will store...

building a real streaming server is not easy, this is why there some specific hosting service and also the reason it cost money.
