Idiots Guide for JW Player Module

Ok, I have the same situation. I will build a list later. Right now I just want to play a single flv video. I am pointing to the flv file, and even a thumbnail image, but all I get on my site is the title ; JW Player Module.

I have tried three players, and none have worked. I see where they should be, but no player. I must be missing something simple.

Any help appreciated.
