Hi
I have a problem with the running of a video using BotR, when the webpage is opened the video is blank, I have to refresh/reload the page before I can see the thumbnail, any ideas why. Here is a link to the webpage, Click Here .

I don't have the issue here,

what version of browser are you using ? what OS? what version of flash ?

I am not able to reproduce it with the same configuration

Could you :

1 - clear your cache and try again

2 - if it sill not ok, take a screencapture.

Yes, I believe that I did, it now seems to show but without a thumbnail image, just the Play button, see below.
