Task Que Failed at Step 5

Wondering why when I start up my browser and when my pages load based on the tabs I last had open I get this error in the player window:
"Task Que Failed at Step 5
Playlist could not be loaded
HTTP Status 403; forbidden"

If I reload the page it works just fine. Am I doing something wrong or is this because several pages are all loading at the same time.

It only happens when I shut my browser down, then reopen and it loads all the pages that were open when I closed it. About 8 webpages in all. I have high speed internet so they load quickly. Happens on another site as well:

Maybe it's the number of videos on the screen at the same time. Not that it's a huge deal so if it can't be figured out it's ok.

here the botr tech answer :

We haven't been able to reliably reproduce the issue to determine what asset is actually causing the access denied error that is the root of the issue.

We're going to do a major player release early next month that will significantly change how the player is loaded inside the embed code. It is very well possible that this will clear out this issue too. If not, we will work from there. If at that point the issue still appears we will need a test page where the issue can be reproduced so we can tell what asset is causing the issue, so we can see what needs to be adjusted to fix

I have also some now difficult to reproduce this issue (event with shutting done the browser), so we have to wait now the Q4.

Great to hear. It's good to know it doesn't happen very often. I look forward to the new release. Hopefully my oddball video dimensions are still ok with the new version.
