I have enabled the Google Analytics plugin so I can track video plays. The problem that I am having is that when I enable it in JW Advanced. It adds more tracking code to the website and not just the event triggers.

I already have Analytics on every page of my website. So by enabling Google Analytics Pro Plugin it adds a second copy of the JavaScript to every page that has a video embedded on it.

How can I stop it from doing this but still have JW player event tracking.

In the backend set the "Google Analytics Script" list field to "none"
