as youtube.com is a free service there is sometimes cache issue for streaming, to be sure it's better to share his files on his own server or on a dedicate streaming server (most not free).

depend from the server contract you have for the website (bandwitdh limited or not, number of streaming plan)...

you can try first to embed your file on your own server and if it's too limited user a dedicate (professional) streaming server

I put my crossdomain.xml in the root where flv and xml are loaded, it works just with
<allow-access-from domain="*" />
if I write my domain, it doesn't work.
Is it a normal behavior?

but it's www.fraticappucciniassisi.it who playe the video

so the crossdomain of www.domuslaetitiaeassisi.it have to allow www.fraticappucciniassisi.it to play the video.
