Puase not working for default install was created by premierepc

Play button works great, but pressing Pause has no effect.

Not sure where to start on this one.

You are using a swf file, this format is not support, here is the Support Video/Audio Files:

Support Video/Audio Files - Flash Mode (FLV, MP3/MPEG, H.264/MP4, JPG, PNG et GIF)

* Video Formats: H.264 (.mp4, .mov, .f4v), FLV (.flv), 3GPP (.3gp, .3g2)
* Sound Formats: AAC (.aac, .m4a), MP3 (.mp3).
* Image Formats: JPEG (.jpg), PNG (.png), GIF (.gif).
