can't login

I've just subscribe as an existing JW Player Licensee but I can't login to the dashboard. My username/password doesn't match.

One of my client got a firwall setting to block streaming video. What can of infos can I send to hime to unblock my video ?
Should I use DNS mask ? How ?

did your client effectively fail to see the video from our server ? or did you suppose this ?

previously I used flvnetwork.com and the video was blocked after few days. Now my client can see it and the result are much better but he suppose in a few days the video will be block again and want avoid it.

I guess this is because this host used rtmp streaming , as your customer is behind a corporate firewall or some sort of proxy this can be easily filtering...

Our service can stream in rtmp also but by default we used http-pseudo streaming, which is better at punching holes through firewalls.
