Hi
I get this error when trying to place a playlist xml file on my amazon s3 server.
Error loading playlist:
Error loading file

In the jw player module rss link, if i place

" www.joomlarulez.com/images/stories/playl...y/big_buck_bunny.xml "

as the rss feed link then the module works fine but if i put

s3.amazonaws.com/Pickersvideo/Aint_Gona_...orow_mp4/change2.xml

then i get the error.

change2.xml is the exact same info as big_buck_bunny.xml.

Im basically trying to make a xml playlist that plays videos i have stored on my amazons3 server.

can anyone help?

www.pickersacademy.com/index.php/songs/178-aaaa-testing

you have to use IE to view the page. for some strange reason Chrome only shows text EX. {loadposition testvideo1}

whatever the browser I used I see this :

{loadposition testvideo1}

clear your IE cache you will see the same thing.

anyway this mean two possible issues :

1 - you haven't publish the plug-in loadmodule (Content - Load Modules)

2 - there is no module called testvideo1 accessible (published) at this page

you have too check both.

ok as I see now the playlist is correctly loaded, but your files are not correctly encoded, please use this tools to path them :

Important considerations when streaming H.264 content

One important thing about playing an H.264 video file as progressive download is that the moov atom needs to be located at the beginning of the file, or else the entire file will have to be downloaded before it begins playing. The moov atom is a part of the file that holds index information for the whole file. Unfortunately, tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects place this information at the end of the file, but Adobe is working to fix this in a future update to the CS3 video production tools. This isn't an issue for streaming the H.264 video files, however, so Flash Media Server users can breathe easy.
